BROKERAGE SERVICES & LISTING INFORMATION • FGRealty operates as a licensed real estate advisory firm in Doha, State of Qatar (License No: QA-Ll-2323). • All property listings, floor plans, specifications, rental prices, sale prices, and investment yields published on this website are provided for guidance and marketing purposes. • While we make every effort to verify details directly with property owners and master developers, unit availability, specifications, and prices are subject to formal confirmation at the time of private viewing and contract drafting. 3. PROPERTY VIEWINGS & RESERVATIONS • Private property viewings and consultations are scheduled by appointment with our certified consultants. • A property is only reserved upon executing a formal lease or sales reservation agreement accompanied by the requisite booking deposit in accordance with applicable Qatar legal regulations. 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All photographs, architectural renders, floor plans, videos, logos, copywriting, and portal design elements are the proprietary intellectual property of FGRealty or our licensed partners and may not be copied, reproduced, or scraped without prior written consent. 5.
